Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

      Shipping

Order before 4pm for next working day delivery. All order placed after this time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 4pm Thursday will be shipped Friday for delivery Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

All our items are shipped through DPD or DHL. You’ll receive email and text updates from them as soon as your parcel has been picked up.

  • Please note: Dresses purchased with a SALE/OFFER CODE cannot be returned for a refund. Only a credit code or exchange within 28 days.

       Returns

Please email [email protected] if you wish to return garments.

  • You have 14 days from the date delivered to return your order to us.
  •  All orders that arrive with us after this period (between 15-28 days) will be offered a non refundable exchange or credit note.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the tag and labels are attached.
  • We cannot accept garments showing signs of wear. Any garments with odours or marks including, but not limited to, perfume, smoke, makeup and deodorant will NOT be accepted.
  • We do not refund postage.
  • If an item is damaged upon arrival and unworn, a full refund can be issued and the item must posted back to us within 14 days.
  • If an item is damaged when worn, we do NOT offer a refund but may exchange the garment for the same dress or something of the same price.
  • Items purchased using sale coupon codes cannot be refunded, only exchanged for a credit code.
  • Couture or beaded pieces (Yasmine, Ava dresses) cannot be refunded. These are exchange only.
  • Please include either your invoice or something with your name and order number on inside the bag. Also why you are returning/ exchanging and what you would like in exchange.
  • Sale items can only be returned for a credit note, which will be sent to you via an email code.
  • Your payment will be credited back to you on the card you used.
  • Refunds are processed in 1-2 working days but may take up to 7 business days to arrive back with you depending on bank holiday’s and individual banking systems.
  • Please note: All items purchased through sites such as Depop or Ebay cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • **Swimwear is NON returnable due to hygiene reasons**

  • Exchanges

    • You have 28 days after receipt of payment to exchange your order. (Items must arrive with us on or before the 28th day) All returns arriving after this period cannot be exchanged or refunded.
    • Exchanges will only be accepted if the tag and labels are attached.

    • We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us.
  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge but are non refundable.
  • We offer a free exchange for every item.

 Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you!
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Although bandage material is very strong. We ask you take good care of your garments to ensure they’re always looking as good as new! It is rare but possible for seams to unthread as the material is shiny and thick. If this does happen, a simple needle and thread will do the trick!
  • Dry clean only
  • Hang to store or neatly fold to avoid creasing.
  • Do not iron or put on direct heat i.e. Radiators
