UK Delivery Information

- All orders are shipped through DHL on a guaranteed next day service. You’ll receive email and text updates from them as soon as your parcel has been picked up.

- Order before 3.30pm for next working day delivery . All order placed after this time will be shipped the following day. 

- Our delivery charge for this service is £6.50

- Orders placed after 3.30pm Thursday will be shipped Friday for delivery Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

- Everything is sent on our express service apart from remote locations (Scottish Highlands etc. which are sent using a Royal mail guaranteed next day service). DHL often do not cover these areas.

- We don’t deliver on public holidays.

- Our warehouse is closed on Saturday & Sunday so all orders placed after 4pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped Monday.

International Delivery Information

- The order cut off time is 3.30pm GMT for same day dispatch. All orders after this will be dispatched the following day.

- All orders are shipped through DHL on a guaranteed express service. You’ll receive email and text updates from them as soon as your parcel has been picked up.

- Most European Countries are next working day. However some are 2 day. (Entering your address at the checkout will confirm this)

- U.S.A delivery is 2 working days on our express service, however New York and a few other major cities can often arrive within 24 hours!

- Prices vary depending on the country, you will be notified with your options as soon as you enter your address.

- We do not delivery on Saturday or Sunday outside the UK. 

- We only charge a set shipping fee for an unlimited amount of items. 

- We don’t deliver on public holidays.
